(Al Qamar) 54 : 4
وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ مِنَ الْأَنْبَاءِ مَا فِيهِ مُزْدَجَرٌ
And surely the news of earlier had come to them; in it there is the consequence of rejecting the warning.
When the previous generations became wrongdoers and transgressors by rejecting the warning, they were affected with the same punishment about the happening of which they had been ridiculing as explained in verse 6: 10. Today the Fujjar who are reading these verses in the Arabic Qur’an are following the footsteps of Satan without utilizing their intelligence as explained in verses 2: 168-170, and they are in the worst place and the most strayed as explained in verses 25: 33-34. That is because they are leading a life neglecting Adhikr—the Speech of the Lord mentioned in verse 4: 78. See explanation 46: 26; and 51: 8-14.
